The Science of the Five Elements and "I Am That" (Tatvamasi)
To understand "Who is God," and "Who am I," one should make use of two powerful and ancient tools, the "Science of the Five Elements," "Panchikaran," and the Great Principle, "Tatvamasi" – "I Am That" (I Am He, I Am Brahman).
You are beyond the four bodies. You are beyond both Ignorance as well as Knowledge. That which is beyond the four bodies is Brahman. "Tatvamasi" means "He is I, and I Am He." One should fully understand that "I am the eternal and steady Brahman."
All objects, existing in various forms, are only dust, and nothing but dust. Understand in this manner. The "Realized Ones" are always absorbed in the realization that "All is One." Air is nothing but "Life-Energy" (Chaitanya) in its objective form. When air solidifies, it turns into water. When water solidifies it gets converted into earth. Everything emerges from this Life-Energy, and is always only Life-Energy. Truly, everything is only Brahman.
At the time of the death of the body, the elements comprising the body dissolve into Brahman. Remember that all that exists in this world is made up of dust. It is we, who have subjected this dust to our imagination and have derived many different things from it. Understand that even Consciousness itself does not last. Therefore, we cannot remain in the form of Consciousness. Our own spontaneously existing form, free from Consciousness, is "Vidnyana," or Supreme Knowledge, which is that which remains after the destruction of Ignorance as well as Knowledge. No concepts exist here. That alone which exists without doing anything, without any prop whatsoever, is "You," your True Nature.
